Take products you believe in to the market you know.

MIO (Machine Intelligence Omega), by My Digital Sovereignty Ltd, is a proposed service company that would run and stand behind the commercial service and manage its distributors; it has not been formed. A distributor is a cooperative partner, not only a carrier of product: it brings its own services (implementation, advice, facilitation, design, training and first-line support, and setting up Child Villages once we switch that on), and the relationships it holds in a sector. It keeps everything it charges for those services and shares in subscription revenue. You choose the products and the market. We provide the platform, the support and onboarding material. The first distributors will help shape how it works.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Choose your marketPick the products and the customers you know.It takes five minutes, and it writes the description for you.
  2. Talk with usWe look at your market together: which products fit and what you would need from us. Nothing is committed by talking.
  3. Start smallAgree a named focus, not a territory, in writing, take the product information and onboarding material, and introduce your first customers. Either side can stop cleanly.
The idea

What each side brings

You bring

  • Customers, or a community, who already trust you.
  • Knowledge of your sector or place.
  • A view of what people will actually adopt and pay for.
  • Services of your own: implementation, advice, facilitation, design, training and first-line support, with Child Village set-up once we switch that on.

We provide

  • The platform and its development.
  • Central technical support.
  • Product information and onboarding material.
  • An account of what is running and what is coming.

You do not need to be a software developer. Local technical work, where it is needed, can be done by people already equipped to do it in your area.

How it reaches a customer

Roles and delivery

  • A distributor introduces the products, helps customers adopt them and serves them with its own services; a customer subscribes to them. The subscription is between the customer and MDSL; the day-to-day service relationship under your own agreement for your own services is yours.
  • Village, MIO° Conduct Record, Attested Accounts, Provenance and the Governance API add-on are hosted services that we run, with records held in New Zealand or the EU. The Email Decision Record is also a hosted service that we run; distributors may introduce it once MDSL has its first paying subscriber. AVA has its own accounts and needs no Village; it can also run from the customer’s own network, using an install kit we issue on request, with the sealing staying with us.
  • Product prices are the published ones, and a distributor prices its own services and keeps everything it charges for them. The customer pays the published price to MDSL, and MDSL pays the distributor a share of what it collects under one standard written schedule, the same for every distributor.
  • A distributor never has access to the content of a customer’s records.
